Microsoft Outlook has different instructions depending on which version you are using.
2003, 2007, and Express:
1. Click 'Actions', located in your toolbar at the top.
2. Click 'Junk E-mail'.
3. Click 'Junk E-mail Options'.
4. Select the tab labeled 'Safe Sender'.
5. Click 'Add'.
6. Enter azsupport@betrivers.com and click 'OK'.
2010:
1. Click on the tab labeled 'Home'.
2. Click 'Junk'.
3. On the drop-down, select 'Junk E-mail Options'.
4. Select the tab labeled 'Safe Sender'.
5. Enter azsupport@betrivers.com and click 'OK'.
