Why didn’t my active bonus convert after I made a wager?

There are a few reasons why this would not happen.

  • The wager was not eligible due to the odds requirement
    • Keep in mind that to meet the playthrough on an active bonus the odds to have to be       -200 or greater (moving towards the positive sign. 
  • The wager has not yet settled
    • The wager must be settled as a win or a loss before it meets the playthrough requirement. This includes all games on a parlay bet as well. For example, I would not want to place a parlay bet on the Superbowl with an active bonus because the bonus would not convert until the Superbowl was over!
  • You cashed out the wager
    • If you cash out a wager using bonus money, it will go back into your balance as bonus money.
